Structural Drying

Drying a building's framing, drywall, and subfloor after water gets in, using air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture readings until the materials reach a dry standard. The drying log is the evidence that supports equipment counts and drying days on the invoice. Drying stops when the readings hit the target, not when the room looks dry.
