Why does Xactimate reprice my estimate after import?
When you import an ESX file, Xactimate reprices every line against the price list currently loaded in your copy of Xactimate. The price-list stamp inside the file (for example current Xactimate — the list currently loaded) is not what a fresh import uses. If the file was priced on an older list, totals can move up or down — our local simulation shows totals can shift either way depending on the file and the codes.
