AI Disclosure

AI models power several parts of the Service:

• PDF-to-ESX Conversion: AI-assisted extraction reads scope-of-loss PDFs, identifies line items, maps Xactimate SEL codes, applies regional pricing, and structures the output as a .esx file.
• AI Copilot: Natural-language supplement building — the Copilot proposes line items, codes, units, and prices.
• Photo-Scope: Computer vision classifies damage in jobsite photos and suggests scope line items with confidence scores.
• Denial Response Generator: Drafts IRC-referenced rebuttal letters for denied or reduced line items.
• Code Requirements: Auto-adds jurisdiction-based code, OSHA, carrier, and manufacturer-warranty line items.

AI models are probabilistic. They can misread handwriting or tables, hallucinate or swap codes, misapply prices, drop line items, or produce output that looks confident but is wrong. The Service includes validation guards to catch common errors, but no guard catches everything.

You are solely responsible for verifying every piece of output before it is used, submitted, or relied upon. At minimum, review:

• Every line item — description, quantity, unit of measure, and SEL code.
• Every price — unit price, line total, overhead & profit treatment, and the grand total.
• Anything the AI added that you did not expect (auto-added code items, suggested supplements, denial arguments).
• That the file imports cleanly into your own copy of Xactimate — in your own environment, before submission.

We make no warranty that AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or free of errors, and we do not guarantee that any output file will import successfully into Xactimate, XactAnalysis, or any other third-party software. Import behavior depends on the version, configuration, licensing, and regional settings of the third-party software you use — all outside our control. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

The demo workspace uses synthetic sample data — generated example scopes and sample documents — so you can evaluate the product without uploading anything real. Demo accounts are reset periodically, and any data entered into a demo workspace is not retained. Demo output is illustrative only and is not a representation of how your own documents will convert.

When you use AI features, the relevant document content is transmitted to third-party AI providers solely to generate output for your account. ESXPress does not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not sell or share your documents for third-party model training.
