Send scope XML when you have it (Xactimate's or any other system's) — structured data converts with no OCR — or upload a carrier scope PDF; either way it maps Xactimate SEL codes and generates a fully-priced ESX estimate you can import straight into Xactimate — folders, F9 notes, and all.
What counts as a conversion?
One conversion = one scope processed into an ESX file — a carrier scope PDF or a scope XML export. Most scopes are 25–50 line items. Every scope up to 1,000 line items counts as one conversion — we don't meter by line item and never charge per line. Scopes over 1,000 line items aren't supported yet and are rejected with a clear error instead of being truncated.
