Are decks covered on a wind claim?
When a tree or wind broke it, yes — the scope prices the damaged members, not the whole deck.
Do fence lines include the posts?
Posts, rails and pickets are separate lines — and in a tree-fall claim, the posts are usually where the damage hides.
