An updated version of a claim estimate written after the original scope changes. Revisions happen when additional damage is found, a hidden condition is corrected, or the policyholder makes different choices about the repair. In restoration work, the revised estimate is produced as a supplement and referenced to the original approved estimate, so the insurance carrier can see what changed and why. Every change is documented with photos, measurements, and the adjusted line items.
