True vector, not re-drawn

The pipeline reads the PDF actual vector geometry (no AI re-drawing): rooms close on the drawn outlines, dimensions sit where the drawing annotates them.

Rooms, roof facets, dimensions

Floor plans come back with named rooms and their areas; roof plans come back as closed facets with the hip/ridge/valley structure and the roof-deck texture.

Your numbers, attributed

Where the estimate spec provides ground-truth areas, the sketch shows them as the attributed source — the drawn outline is always faithful to the PDF.

Beta notes — read before you rely on it

Areas are per-spec attributed where available; otherwise they derive from the drawing dimensions (some drawings are schematic — verify against the estimate).
Per-facet pitch callouts (8/10, 7/12) live in the drawing small text; the deterministic lane leaves them blank where the text layer splits them.
First load may take ~10-60s per sheet while the geometry engine works; later views come from cache.
Every sketch carries a verify-before-use watermark — the drawing is a reconstruction aid, not a measurement certificate.
