Send three real scopes
Any shape you actually receive: a carrier PDF, a Xactimate export, a carrier or administrator export, or the XML your own system writes. Real files, not samples, because the point is to see what happens to yours.
Step 2
We convert them the normal way
The same engine customers use, on production. No special path, no hand-holding, no staged demo.
Step 3
You get the files and the report
One import-ready Xactimate file per scope, plus a line-by-line report: what resolved, what kept the price your file stated, and every line we could not ground, named with the reason.
What we will not do
- We do not guess a code. A line we cannot ground is reported, not filled in with the nearest match.
- We do not keep or publish your files. They are handled under the same privacy terms as any upload on this site.
- We do not run a sales call off the back of it. If the report is good, you will know; if it is not, you will know that too.
